I needed to buy a car because I wrecked my other car and decided on a Volkswagen - but didn't know which model. We were lucky enough to get Zach Bean for a salesperson and I do not say that lightly. Car sales people in the past in my experience have been over-bearing and tiring. Zach just had a nice, relaxed, helpful way and we actually enjoyed his company! Without trying to influence me in any way when I was trying to make a decision about which model to get, Zach took a guiding approach and therefore was helpful and not annoying. When I decided to go with Prime a week later, I said I wanted to get all the paperwork, etc. over and done with in an hour. He got everything he could get done before I got there to pick up my new car. I know I got the best price around because I asked other dealerships for quotes on the car I chose.
