I needed to buy a car because I wrecked my other car and decided on a Volkswagen - but didn't know which model. We were lucky enough to get Zach Bean for a salesperson and I do not say that lightly. Car sales people in the past in my experience have been over-bearing and tiring. Zach just had a nice, relaxed, helpful way and we actually enjoyed his company! Without trying to influence me in any way when I was trying to make a decision about which model to get, Zach took a guiding approach and therefore was helpful and not annoying. When I decided to go with Prime a week later, I said I wanted to get all the paperwork, etc. over and done with in an hour. He got everything he could get done before I got there to pick up my new car. I know I got the best price around because I asked other dealerships for quotes on the car I chose. I drove my 2010 Jetta Sportswagen TDI to Prime VW in Saco, ME for general service (oil change/tire rotation and a few little warranty fixes). I was greeted by Laura Dumaont - Service Coordinator. Laura Saco, ME for general service (oil change/tire rotation and a few little warranty fixes). I was greeted by Laura Dumaont - Service Coordinator. Laura Dumaont promptly entered my concerns into the VW data base and then handed my keys off to the Volkswagen Technician. I then was offered hot coffee and a donut while a service loaner was prepped and delivered to me out front. The service loaner was very clean and filled w/ diesel. Later that day Laura Dumaont called me and informed me of the services preformed and explained that I may collect my 2010 Jetta Sportswagen TDI at anytime. I returned to Prime VW in Saco and noticed my car in the "front row" washed, vacuumed, and ready to go home. Upon returning my service loaner keys to Laura Dumaont she then reviewed in detail all work preformed. The service bill for the oil change/tire rotation was more than reasonable. All the other little issues were resolved and covered by the VW factory warranty. After paying my bill I was offered a cold soft drink and walked out to my car. Thanks Prime VW in Saco, ME for a GREAT experience! Look forward to my next VW scheduled maintenance. VW-JEDI More
