We contacted the dealership over the phone to make sure they had the make/model car that I was looking for. There were very few in the area to begin with and we had already had a terrible experience at Pa they had the make/model car that I was looking for. We went in feeling uneasy already having that experience and looking to buy a car that was sort of out of our budget, but we really need the space. Nick made it work for us and it was surprisingly in our budget after crunching numbers! He was extremely friendly and not pushy in any manor...it was amazing! I would definitely go back there for any car buying needs in the future and I hope that I can deal with him again when we do! More

We're being accused of not returning the Navigation Disc for the system in the car. That disk never left the glovebox. We never even used the system because it needs to be updated. This is the bad car experience that will never end even though they have it listed back up on their site to sell to someone else for the exact same price they wanted for it when we bought it. *sigh* I'm really over this finger pointing. Just bad business practices happening here. I still can't recommend a purchase from this place. incredible. Some tech probably took the NAV disk out and never put it back and can't locate it. make it stop! ***Update 7/22/12*** Gave up on the car. Too many issues to get over. Prime bought back in better condition than it came to us in. At least they made good and took it back w/out any issues. re-imbursed for the work we paid for out of pocket after purchasing which they wouldn't cover under warranty. Little did we know that the brakes we had complained of so much were not OEM VW parts and should have never been left on the car w/ a VW Pre-Loved Warranty. No more R32 and good luck to whomever buys it. It's a great car but too much of a bad taste left in our mouths to keep it. ***Update 7/7/12*** I have removed my original post and I am editing out of what I feel is a well negotiated resolution to some bumps in the road, so to speak, regarding a purchase in February of 2012. Vadim, the GM was gracious, accommodating and willing to listen to a level mind. Justin, thank you for your help in resolving this all and we're looking forward to putting all of these things behind and just enjoy the heck out of this car. 2008 VW R32 #2469 (mid build) will be the dream car we'd hoped for. More

He didn't try to rip me off and give me a horrible trade in value and he didn't try to take me for my money when it came to the buying of another car. He told me what the price was and I verified it. So when it came to making the decision to buy I felt comfortable and confident with the sale. I accidentally left behind some personal belongings in my old care and he went out and grab them from the trade in car and is now keeping the things safe for me.I highly recommend Prime VW, and I would work with Kyle Spencer as he is an honest and over all nice fellow. It's a relief that integrity still exists within the car business! More
