I spent much time researching on the internet to find the exact car i wanted. I knew it was a VW Jetta TDI, and visited every VW dealership in Maine's web site to start my search. All sites were great, but i found the Prime site to be the best constructed to display the models they actually had in inventory. This was important because i wanted to buy asap, and didn't want to roam the state to find the exact model, color, and features that were important to me. There were other dealers with similar vehicles, so i started sending email quotes to get exact pricing. Prime was the quickest and most thorough in answering all my questions by email and phone. Other dealers made good offers, yet Prime made the best. And i could tell by communicating with them that they knew how to take great care of their customers. So i decided to go with Prime's great offer and put a down payment on the exact car i liked. When i went to prime to pick up the vehicle they had everything ready for me. It was the exact car i wanted, with all the features promised. I got to meet the staff, Mike, Steve, and Joe, who i had been talking to about the specifics of the purchase. Joe was extra fun to buy a car from. He really made sure all bases were covered and i was happy with my decision. Joe and Steve helped me decide that the extended warranty was a great choice for me, as i usually keep my cars for 10 years +.
