I went to Prime to purchase a car and have been looking for a few weeks. I had found one on their website and they told me that was the one I was test driving. After I test drove it I was shocked to find o for a few weeks. I had found one on their website and they told me that was the one I was test driving. After I test drove it I was shocked to find out that they car I wanted to test drive and the one I did were not the same. Then, I decided to try to work with them on price. They told me MSRP - MSRP and gave no room for negotiating the price. I had my own financing lined up and they told me that that meant nothing and that they gain a kick-back from the financial lenders. So the fact that I had been pre-approved meant nothing to them. They hold your keys to your trade-in - making you feel trapped until they give them back. Then they tell you one last time, they will check with the manager. I went to Prime mainly because I had bought a car from Prime Nissan in 1997 and had a very good experience. I will not go back and I would not recommend them to anyone. The whole expereince was a dissapointment. More

I called Jason, he had me return to Saco, and within a reasonable amount of time, all was fine and dandy. Two new tires. As a former New Yorker, has this occurred there, I would have hung by my toes for 3 days before I received such great service. To Jason & Ira (my real name is Ira but it was too fruity to use in New York, I must complement you on your 100% legitimate commercials. Kyle and I have known eachother for a few years and when I saw a pre-owned truck at the Prime dealership, I knew I had to contact him. It was an 06 GMC and it was gorgeous. Kyle was able to help get me into the payment area I was comfortable with and helped me get into this truck that I fell in love with. It took a little time, but he was constantly in contact with me keeping me up to date with the progress of the sale. I never once felt out of the loop. Derek kept on the phone with the bank and made sure they had everything by the date they said they would. I would definately recommend all my friends to them. They were all so friendly and very helpful and made sure to explain everything. It was my best buying experience and I do suggest checking them out at Prime VW in Saco. More

They were so helpful in answering everything we wanted to know & very helpful filling in our bank with everything they needed to make the loan work. The best thing they did for us though was keep the dealership open for us until 9 o'clock!! With the distance we had to travel and waiting for my husband to get done work, made for a very long day.(for us and for them) I can't say enough about how well we were treated and how quickly everything was taken care of. THEY WERE GREAT!!! More
