Mike spent an extended period of time familiarizing me with my new purchase. They introduced me to the service department and made sure all my questions were answered before I left. Derek is a very friendly, happy guy who makes the paperwork step feel effortless. You can tell a lot from watching employees at a dealership. Prime worked extremely hard to give me the best deal. When I first went in, I figured it was just a sales pitch. I did not officially form my opinion until after I signed for the car. If I were a dealer, after the deal was signed and sealed I probably wouldn't have gone back to look at it. He sat me down, got me a Diet Coke, asked me what I wanted and got it for me. He never pushed, he was never insincere and cared.
