It was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Kelly new just what I needed, and I very happy with my certified pre-owned Versa Note. When I got to the Finance Manager MJ, he obtained a good interest rate at a well known bank. He was very nice and good at explaining the warranties on the car .I found both Kelly and MJ great in helping me in buying my Nissan Versa. They both answered all of my questions . My salesman was didn't harass me for personal information (name, phone number, when I plan to buy a car, how much I want to spend, etc.,etc.) or push me toward his desk. He was polite and respectful. I told him I just wanted to see a particular vehicle and he showed it to me. I said "thanks, I'll think about it" and left. How refreshing! I enjoy the SUV I purchased, but also the buying process. By the way, I didn't buy the vehicle I originally came to see. I felt comfortable talking to the salesman, so much so that I even called him about the vehicle I eventually bought. Hey salesmen, "The days of strong-arming customers if way over. If you want to sell cars, follow the lead of the customer. Being a bully just doesn't work." More
