Leon was exceptionally friendly & attentive but I am very disappointed at Mercedes Benz for not offering a Goodwill Discount on the service based on my track record of staying on top of my regular service in disappointed at Mercedes Benz for not offering a Goodwill Discount on the service based on my track record of staying on top of my regular service intervals & other services (like tires, windshield replacement, etc) over the last 12+ years of owning MB products. In the middle of a 17 hour roadtrip the check engine light came on. This service center took me in without an appointment, ran the diagnosis, and then did the fix. It took several days to get a service appointment. Once scheduled it went like they estimated. 1.5 hours for the service, another 1.25 hours to “wash it and bring it around”.
