Matt took my concern about a serious squeak from the 2nd row of seats & took steps to correct the problem through warranty coverage. Many other dealers would have said 'we can't replicate the squeak, so sor row of seats & took steps to correct the problem through warranty coverage. He also had them correct a rear door light we had paid extra for and was not working. This level of service & attention to detail is outstanding, plus he's polite and a nice guy. In the middle of a 17 hour roadtrip the check engine light came on. This service center took me in without an appointment, ran the diagnosis, and then did the fix.
