Charging a premium for shoddy work. First repair was Miss diagnosed , second repair a sensor was left unplugged. 3rd repair a vacuum line was ripped in two. I've got Brad Marks constantly harassing me about trading mine in just because I needed mine worked on. And yours text system will NOT leave someone alone untill they do your xxxx survey. Not sure if this is how Jackson or Mercedes operates but I'll be very unlikely to have a further business relationship with Jackson Mercedes and Mercedes as a company in the future.
