I was not greeted by anyone. Waited in vehicle a few minutes. I got out and located a young man who asked someone at the desks in the office on the left of the tunnel about my service. He told me my rep was moving a vehicle and would be w/me soon. Waited in waiting room 35 minutes. I walked over to Leon’s office and asked about who should be taking care of my service. He graciously took care of everything for me. Don’t know what would have happened if I had not asked Leon for assistance. I understand everyone has busy days and things get backed up.
