Mr. Meek was friendly and helpful. My car needed a computer update to the CVT transmission. At about 1,100 -1,300 rpm’s, the transmission will intermittently increase rpm’s without a commensurate incr computer update to the CVT transmission. I had approximately 6 concerns that to me, was totally dismissed by the staff. I drive this car 100% of the time and since no "codes" came up, my concerns were unfounded. One especially about after driving the car, the air would release, decompress. This is one thing that it had done since I bought the car brand new in 2023. But, it didn't do it anymore, why not? No choice to tell them what to do. Do it wasn't checked out. Another concern is the parking assist camera. In a parking lot especially where there are the caution stop cement blocks, the camera does a quick flash and goes out. I have to put the cast in reverse so the camera can come on and stay. This caused me to go to close and break the plastic bumper piece under my car! But, no code to show the badness isn't working properly.
