My review concerns the service I received from this dealership’s service department. Based on my one star rating it was terrible, to say the least. The car was in the service department for over 8 hour dealership’s service department. Based on my one star rating it was terrible, to say the least. I love this service department! Thomas greeted me with a smile :) he detailed the services to be performed and answered the questions I had….also with a :).
