SERVICE VISIT

My review concerns the service I received from this dealership’s service department. Based on my one star rating it was terrible, to say the least. The car was in the service department for over 8 hour dealership’s service department. Based on my one star rating it was terrible, to say the least. The car was in the service department for over 8 hours for routine maintenance and a battery replacement. There are too many details to write about in this space. I would like to request a face to face meeting with the service manager if this service department really does care about addressing the issues I faced on Friday, January 21. More

I love this service department! Thomas greeted me with a smile :) he detailed the services to be performed and answered the questions I had….also with a :).
