Smith Kia Service Department Over-Delivers I took my 2015 Optima to Smith Kia for its 20,000 Mile "checkup," to include oil change, oil filter, lube, tire rotation and wash. I had made a 2:00 a I took my 2015 Optima to Smith Kia for its 20,000 Mile "checkup," to include oil change, oil filter, lube, tire rotation and wash. I had made a 2:00 appointment and arrived about 15 minutes early. My service advisor, Matthew LeBlanc, said he'd have the car back to me by 3:00. So I waited in the comfortable waiting room, enjoyed a cup of fresh-brewed Brazilian coffee, ate a couple of small chocolate bars, and read the book I had brought along. The TV was playing softly in the background and there was only one other customer in the room, who was also reading. At just about 2:45 Matt came looking for me and said, "Your car is ready." Now! How often does THAT happen?! I had given him my coupon from the book of coupons that came with the car, and I asked him how much I owed. "Nothing!" Well. What more can I say? It was a totally satisfactory visit. More
