Truly exceptional experience Friendly greeting with active listening to our situation led us to the car we were interested in the first 5 minutes. We were off on a test drive in 1 Friendly greeting with active listening to our situation led us to the car we were interested in the first 5 minutes. We were off on a test drive in 10 minutes with no pressure about this car or any other model. Back to the dealership we had a speedy evaluation of our trade by the manager and had a written offer within minutes. We negotiated a deal with financing and a trade in allowance that more than met our initial goals. With a more than efficient and friendly finance person we were on the road with our new Soul in around two hours from when we arrived and smiling from ear to ear. Can't say enough about a truly exceptional experience all the way around. More

Above and beyond! We brought our Sportage in to diagnose a sound it was making. Right away it was discovered the timing belt repair we had done at a local repair shop w We brought our Sportage in to diagnose a sound it was making. Right away it was discovered the timing belt repair we had done at a local repair shop was done incorrectly. It was causing damage to the new belt which could cause major damage to the vehicle if it broke. though my wait time was a little lengthy, Matt Leblanc kept me updated. The vehicle was kept overnight to diagnose the original problem which was taken care of as well as the new timing belt. On the drive home, it was discovered that another problem had occurred due to the vehicle being left on the rack for an extended amount of time. When Matt was notified immediately of the situation, he and his manager went above and beyond to come up with a solution acceptable to all parties. We are very grateful and highly recommend Smith Kia. Thank you! More
