We bought a used 2017 Ford on March 15, 2024. I evaluate the selling company on the basis of the outcome for us. We dealt with salesman Eric Smith and with Dylan Heiring. Smith was very honest with us and that suited us very well. Heiring was a very smart person with encyclopedic knowledge of a variety of brands of cars. Between the two of them, we were able to arrive at a fair deal for them and for us. If we had had more questions, I know they could have answered them. In our test drive, we discovered a steering issue that we thought could be a safety issue. They agreed to fix it and said we would be let out of the deal unless we were satisfied the problem was resolved. Would you believe the problem was resolved when we came to pick up the car? In addition, the detailing was done, and the multi-point inspection was completed. They even used synthetic oil in the oil change w/o our requesting it. The negotiations can be a bit tricky as they incorporate several charges into the total. We asked for simplification of the asking price and negotiated an acceptable price from that point on. We're thrilled with our vehicle and feel good vibrations toward Jackson Kia. I didn't mention the young woman who greeted us, but she was nice and friendly. More

It was worth the drive and Eric Smith, the salesperson, along with General Manager David Morgan, and Finance Manager Tomas Baretto were helpful, respectful, and willing to earn my business. Honest people, I live in Orlando my Kia broke down fri night on i95 this was the closest Kia dealer to have it towed to. They called me back and had the whole engine replaced in 8 days on a recall 100% fr night on i95 this was the closest Kia dealer to have it towed to. They didn’t try to sell me a car or xx me on the repair just straight got to work fixing it and doing all the paper work for the recall. I was so impressed with the staff from the receptionist to the service center rep David. If i ever get another car it will be from here. It would be worth the drive from Orlando for sure. More

I had an entire team take care of me. They were really straight forward and did everything they could to help me get a great car at a great price!! From Matt in internet sales to Jeff my sales rep to Tomas the finance manager to Jason in service who detailed the car for me. These guys are amazing. I felt like I was the only customer there the way they ran around to get everything handled for me. No shady sales tactics just great customer service. I will recommend them to everyone I know. He gave us 100% total customer service. Everyone at the dealership was so professional, personable, not over bearing and just a staff of people who seemed to love what they do. Classic bait & switch I had the unfortunate experience of working with multiple members of the sales management team here at Jackson Kia. Sales team members I worked with were Stephanie Padrick (salespers of working with multiple members of the sales management team here at Jackson Kia. Sales team members I worked with were Stephanie Padrick (salesperson) and Matt Foster (Sales "manager"). While initially things were going smooth looking to purchase a Kia EV6 at a competitive price as to what I'd be able to get a Tesla Model Y for I was happy to join the Kia family. Both were great to work with and helpful. I explicitly asked MULTIPLE times to both Matt and Stephanie "Are all the dealer fees, taxes, & DMV fees included in this price?" and was re-assured everything was included. After putting down my deposit and agreeing upon the price for the car with even a pricing sheet in hand with estimated monthly payments, I received a phone call the next day from Chris Folsom the general sales manager who informed me that both Matt and Stephanie who put my deal together "messed up" the numbers and forgot to add a $4995 "Jackson Advantage" plan that would've greatly increased the price of the vehicle. Things like "lifetime warranty" are a part of that plan that DON'T APPLY TO AN EV! Classic "bait & switch" tactics that legal action should've been taken against. Chris was very un-professional to work with and while I was very calm and level headed, Chris hung up the phone on me and would not respond for the rest of the day. That next morning I reached out to David Morgan who is listed on the website as the "General Manager" outlining my concerns and still trying to make good on the deal I had agreed to 2 days prior. David while attempting to be nice still would not honor the original numbers I had received 2 days prior and had my deposit set on. Thankfully I did not have my credit card ran and made sure to cancel that card number. But beware when purchasing from this dealership that they aren't honest and don't uphold their end of the bargain once you have a price agreed upon. I'm happy to say I'm the proud new owner of a Tesla, and am very happy with my decision to NOT give Jackson Kia my business. More

Emails and calls and texts to both dealership and corporate regarding the lies told during the sale have gone unresponded to. Negotiate and buy it here at your peril. Will not even take vehicle back for service - not trustworthy at all. Hmm, interesting, my salesman is not even shown in the photos. More
