I have consulted with an attorney and want to give Jackson Kia an opportunity to correct this engine that should have lasted 150,000 to 300,000 according to the Mercedes Benz US corporate office, but I am getting no where. Jackson Kia service was great in finding a convenient spot for my regular maintenance. Scott was very accommodating when I tried to find a quiet corner to wait for my car to be finished! He set up a spot for me that allowed me to read my book without interruption. My only complaint was that they "unset" my driver's automatic seat setting. No big deal, just a slight inconvenience. I wasn't really happy about the price of this standard maintenance, but I haven't checked around to see if it's in line with other facilities. Overall I like the service I received! More
