I told him I was looking for brochures, but not ready to buy. He gave me info, took my name and number, and called me politely to check on my needs a couple of weeks later. After checking with a few more dealerships, which were high pressure, I decided to go back to Will. He was so flexible and helpful and genuinely nice, that my family decided to buy a total of three cars from him within a couple of weeks. Best decision, and service, ever!
