My encounter was professional but very friendly. My car was finished almost to the minute that I was told. I also got a diagnostic report that told me exactly what I would be needing. Good Job!! I was disappointed in the amount of time I had to spend at the dealership. This was the second time I came in for a recall issue. Apparently, your servers in California went down again and I ended up sitt at the dealership. This was the second time I came in for a recall issue. Apparently, your servers in California went down again and I ended up sitting there for four hours. The first time, someone from the dealership drove me home and then picked me up later. Not so this time. I was not a happy camper. More

Service was very good at Jackson Kia and Thomas was great on timely communication and follow up.Help me out with rental car etc. However, it took 10 months to figure it out what was wrong with Sorento great on timely communication and follow up.Help me out with rental car etc. However, it took 10 months to figure it out what was wrong with Sorento Hybrid " refill coolant invertor" issue was keep popping up on dash board.. First I was told it was software issue then found out that some part needed to be change.and lucky me , my car was the first one the issue was taken care of..Obviously Multi billion dollar company KIA head quarter/engineers could not figure it out and support the Kia dealerships. So Jackson Kia service was great BUT KIA headquarter support was not so good. More
Thomas is very helpful. My brother passed away and I need an oil change and he got me in first thing in the morning and got me out in an hour. Which was very helpful.
