The sales person, Hai, was phenomenal! She worked with us through two different possibilities and made sure we were happy and comfortable while waiting for service and detailing to finish She worked with us through two different possibilities and made sure we were happy and comfortable while waiting for service and detailing to finish up with the car we finally decided on. Finance was very quick as well. The service department also said that it was going to take an hour for us to get our car, and they had it done in 30 minutes. My only disappointment was in the cleaning of the car. When someone tells me that the car is being detailed, I expect high standards that include all carpeting being vacuumed, and all surfaces being wiped down. I ended up cleaning the car myself in order to get rid of all of the popcorn, chips and other crumbs that were found all throughout the car. However, this part of the experience would not prevent me from going back to this dealership. Overall, a good experience! More
