Instead of doing any real troubleshooting, they jump straight to "you need a whole new transmission." What really got me is they kept my car for a couple hours, charged me for "diagnostics," and all I got was them telling me the code is coming from the transmission... which I already knew before I even walked in. No deeper explanation, no effort to pinpoint the actual problem - just a lazy, expensive guess. Save your time and money, because you're basically paying them to tell you what your code reader already did. Really disappointing experience. More
