First Service Mike, my service writer was extremly good. This was my first service which was to be free. A little push back when I wanted tires rotated as well as Mike, my service writer was extremly good. This was my first service which was to be free. The new Toyota I traded in came with 2 years of free service.......so there you go. Overall pleased. Walt did an execellent job as salesman as Mike also did with service. More

I took my vehicle in to be DIAGNOSED for an intermittant electrical problem that occurred after my had driven through a deep puddle . The service department cleared the computer codes, went for a joyride an electrical problem that occurred after my had driven through a deep puddle . The service department cleared the computer codes, went for a joyride and damaged the transmission. I refused to pay for the damage they caused and had to have my vehicle towed from their premises as it was undriveable. The wrecker operater who retreived my vehicle said their attitudes were less than professional to put it politely. I guess all ethics are forgotten when you were working on a commission. More
