As part of our standard policy, we offer a 5-day, 500-mile exchange program to provide our customers with peace of mind and the opportunity to address any unforeseen issues that may arise after the purchase. This policy is in place to ensure that our customers have ample time to thoroughly inspect and test the vehicle to their satisfaction. We investigate every issue we see published. Unfortunately, it appears that the vehicle was damaged after it was delivered to you, which falls outside the scope of our exchange program. While we understand your frustration, it is important to note that our exchange program is a legitimate program designed to facilitate the exchange of vehicles that exhibit mechanical issues or defects that were present at the time of purchase. Damage caused after delivery is not covered under this program, as it is beyond our control and responsibility. We value you as a customer and we appreciate your business. Yes the car i purchased had an issue AN EXISTING issue that finished breaking in my possesion, 2 days after purchase, i fixed the issue, you were Not satisfied and invented another issue to avoid exchanging the car, the front shocks needed to be replaced too,i caused that? I was accused of keeping the tow hitch plate and you had to go to the ad description to see for yourself the pictures WITHOUT it The sleazy financial officer sold me a $1200 gap insuranse and never mentioned the cost, until i found out the next day You ALL are crooks
