We take your concerns very seriously and would like to personally address them. There is always an investigation into every matter we see published. Upon our initial investigation, it was discovered that the paperwork you referred to as being done on the wrong car was done on the car that the bank approved, which is the vehicle you ultimately purchased. It was also discovered that there was additional damage done to the bumper due to a flat tire while driving and you decided to trade it in at that point.
