The DFW dealership seems to have nice cars however, the car salesmen we had like to take shortcuts on selling a car. The salesmen never did a popular walk around of the car and we didn’t meet the sales m car salesmen we had like to take shortcuts on selling a car. On the delivery, Which should have been done; plus the salesmen did not follow our request by laying out the floor mats in the car. Then on top of that we didn’t even get a full tank of gas just for buying the car, We brought serval cars and always receive a full tank of gas. The bad part is the salesmen claim to be an experience car salesmen for 30 years. Which is very disappointing. Because the dealership seem to be a good place to purchase a car. The place is clean, cars are clean with low miles far as the used cars. So if we ever come back it would be differently a new salesmen or women. More

Far as the Jaguar DFW is way better than the one at Jaguar Dallas and seems to have some great used cars, however, on the delivery was little disappointing with the salesmen which was lacking on the k Jaguar Dallas and seems to have some great used cars, however, on the delivery was little disappointing with the salesmen which was lacking on the knowledge of the vehicle, and failed short on the delivery, we purchased a 2020 Range Rover which was in great shape, we requested to have the floor mats be laid out twice and it never got done. Then to fine out we didn’t receive a full tank of gas for buying the vehicle. Which is the reason I rated a 4 star. More
