Very good overall experience Bought a 6 month old low mileage f type from park place. They had the joint best advertised price in Texas for the model I was looking for and Paul Li Bought a 6 month old low mileage f type from park place. They had the joint best advertised price in Texas for the model I was looking for and Paul Light worked with me over email to refine price "sight unseen" before I committed to drive up to Plano from Houston to see the car. End to end, a very transparent process with none of the "games" that so many dealerships subject customers to. Car is very clean, pretty much as new. Paul was great to work with, both pre and post sale with fast follow up to emailed questions. He also dealt with all stages of the sale ( including finance) avoiding the handoffs and waiting around that happens at most dealerships Areas for improvement, dealership was freezing cold, turn the heat up. Also some of the other staff felt a little disorganized on arrival while waiting for Paul to finish with existing customer. That said, dealership felt very low pressure which is great and allows you to feel free just to browse. More
