My experience is one star now. 90 day warranty will expire in a couple of days and still no response from dealer. Not one single returned call or reply to text messages. Have got one out of three issues resolved by going to a different Jaguar dealer. Out over $800 to other shop and still a major issue not resolved. Do not expect service if car has issues after initial service. Dealership, AutoNation and warranty agency (claims) are poor customer service. Have left voicemail and text messages at Ft Lauderdale dealership for Tash, Hila and sales manager over 90 days and not one phone call returned. I live five hours from closest AutoNation Shop. Tried to get claim covered at alternative Jaguar dealer and certified Foreign Car Garages . Most claims denied. Dealer promised me issues could be handled locally. Dealer did send one replacement part but Warranty claim denied to get it installed. Local Jaguar dealer will not install parts they have not ordered through their shop. I still have to pay $200 deductible to local (well two hours away) Jaguar dealer without resolution of problems. Do not expect dealership in Ft Laurdale (Pompano) to fulfill promises. Broken promises are same as dishonesty. I am sad and disappointed.
