Glad Jaguar dealership moved, it's closer to my home in Boynton Beach. I always feel it's worth the trip because service has always been perfect. I enjoy my Jaguar XE comfortable and hugs the road and ha Boynton Beach. I always feel it's worth the trip because service has always been perfect. I liked the feel of the old dealership space. I like a more sophisticated classy look. I don’t like open concept while meeting with service advisor I feel showroom was clean. The servicing appointment system is efficient with lots of reminders. The service itself was fine well but I had to wait at the facility over 2 hours ( even declining the car wash). I think that is too l of reminders. The service itself was fine well but I had to wait at the facility over 2 hours ( even declining the car wash). Dropped car off for tire repair/ replace. Had to wait 20+ minutes since only 1 service writer working on Monday after Easter. Service writer, Taiwo, was very friendly and professional. Tire needed replacement, wasn't in-stock and was completed 1.5 days later. No loaner offered. More
