Service advisors don't keep you posted the way they should on your vechicle and you have to keep calling them 10x a day before you get an answer. Pete was the best and I miss him..he always checked in few times a day on status if vechicle, calls back when you leave a message. I have a problem with my vechicle making noise for 1 year now and they still can't find the issue. Jaguar itself on the fpace is not a reliable vechicle..have too many issues and the same issues on now my 3rd vechicle with them. You can't gey anyone from corporate to return an email or respond to letters of concern I have sent them more than twice. If you look up problems with Jaguar fpace you will see allthe issues they have in such a short period of time of coming out with the vechicle..at this point they need to pay me for dealing with them and wasting my time. Imagine spending all that money on a vechicle only to have so much issues.. More

She followed up with us and kept us posted during the entire process. The process was seamless! Based on my experience, the finance guy was not your typical finance person. He treated us with respect meaning no hassling back and forth sealing the deal without aggression. His mild mannered approach was definitely noted and stood out from the rest. I would recommend this dealership without any reservation. Excellent service was rendered from the time we walked in until the time we drove off in our beautiful car! More
