Dealership sold us a used Jaguar that supposedly had gone through rigorous inspection. We have had continuous issues with car ever since. Dealership didn’t disclose that car had been in major accident, even through rigorous inspection. We have had continuous issues with car ever since. Dealership didn’t disclose that car had been in major accident, even if - per a body shop - it was apparent within 30 seconds to them. Inspection? Really? Brought the car in for service because lights too dim (per police), brakes way to sensitive and car making weird sound. After more than a week, with no loaner given, we get car back. Summary from Jaguar: (1) Lights are dim, if we want brighter, we need after market LEDS?? (2) they can’t do anything about the brakes, it is what it is with this car, they say. (3).the car still makes the same weird noise under the chassis, issue never fixed. Only positive:Amanda in client services was very professional. More

You had the car for 1 day less than a full 2 weeks. Majorissue was replacement of cap for side mirror. I had appt for 11AM when I dropped off the car, but waited 30 minutes. However, what was shocking, inexplicable (although Amanda explained why) was how you, as a luxury car dealership, could hand me back a car that had been outside for 2 weeks, filthy, and tell me you do not hand wash cars and your automated system would damge my model. Get the general manger then to hand wash the car. Totally inexcusable!!!!! I responded YES to above since there was no "maybe" answer. More
