Nice people/excessive pricing I have owned many Jaguars but always look at the at Alpine and buy somewhere else. Not hard to do since they are not selling one of a kind autos. Save I have owned many Jaguars but always look at the at Alpine and buy somewhere else. Not hard to do since they are not selling one of a kind autos. Save thousands on the same car at another nearby dealer. As for service, they are very friendly and courteous but sneaky! Recent oil change did reveal a damaged tire for which they quoted $340 incl mounting and balance. No one mentioned a labor charge of $33 until queried in detail. How do you mount and balance without labor? Also Lund cabin air filter needed replacement for 124. Plus tax. This is at best a $22. Item that is easily replaced in about 10 minutes under the hood. I'm not sure why otherwise intelligent people do their repairs beyond oil change...at alpine. I certainly don't . Find a jag specialist in your locale that is not a dealer and send your savings. To a charity of your choice. More
WORSE jag Dealer on the planet! This dealer is money hungry, do not care about the customers and they love to impose expensive unnecessary repairs up on customers. I had 3 Jaguars so far, not the best car, nor the worse, but this guys are trained to screw you overcharging for profit. Next car will not be a Jaguar for the price of service and support you can pay for a real premium vehicle. Be aware stay from Alpine Jaguar don't get taken with their gimmicks and overcharging. More

My last repair cost over 8k and it took over 5 weeks to repair. They initially quoted me two weeks and blamed everything on geico, ultimately I had to pay for it and instead of offering a solution they kept pointing the finger. Service advisors don't really care about customer service but instead will send you a survey after the repair is done begging for you to give them a 10 instead of truly earning it. Service managers will try to belittle you instead of working with you to find a solution. They repIaced an arm rest in the vehicle that had two different leather patterns and stated to me that there was nothing they can do about it. I had over $800 worth of rental car fees and I drove 45 minutes from Miami to bring them 7k of business. Instead of acknoweldging that they left me with the $800 bill. Very very bad experience considering i've spent over 12k with Alpine jaguar within one year. I would not recommend them for service instead I would go to Warren Henry Jaguar. More
I have had Jaguars for many years and never had received such courteous, friendly and helpful service from any other dealership. Alpine Jaguar answers your questions, has the work done on time (even before such courteous, friendly and helpful service from any other dealership. Alpine Jaguar answers your questions, has the work done on time (even before time promised) and they always give more than is expected. From the front desk, the telephone courtesy and the management excels in customer care. I would highly recommend them and do! Anita Finley More
Having purchased a new 1997 Jaguar from Alpine Jaguar in 1996; the vehicle has only been serviced by Alpine Jaguar. Over the years Carmen as my service advisor and Al always took the time to explain the det 1996; the vehicle has only been serviced by Alpine Jaguar. Over the years Carmen as my service advisor and Al always took the time to explain the details of the needed service. As a result of highly skilled mechanics especially Larry;such proved to be a great asset to the longevity of my vehicle. In addition, the vehicle was in need of body work as a result of being damaged while parked. The vehicle was repaired by Alpine's Body Shop whereby Body Shop Manager, Mike turned an alarming/concerning period of time into a pleasant experience. The vehicle was repaired to perfection and the interior was detailed. During the past 16 years Alpine Jaguar service has provided ongoing sincerity and was instrumental in making me realize that Alpine is the only dealership for me. I replaced my 16 year old Jaguar and recently purchased a 2012.Jaguar XF from Alpine Jaguar. I made a great decision. The process of selecting and purchasing my new vehicle was a most pleasurable experience. Kellen, Sales Consultant at Alpine made the buying process a joyful journey! Upon my return visits to Alpine for washing or tire pressure needs the personable touch by employees and management is "priceless". More
I have bought two Jags from Alpine, first a 2005 S-type-R, which I traded in on a 2007 XK, which I currrently own. My salesman, Mike Frawley, and the sales dept made the process smooth and easy. Mik S-type-R, which I traded in on a 2007 XK, which I currrently own. My salesman, Mike Frawley, and the sales dept made the process smooth and easy. Mike worked hard to ensure I got the car and the deal that I wanted. I have serviced both cars exclusively at the Alpine's service dept, I can not emphasize enough how customer orientated this service dept is. From my service rep, Carmen to the shop manager, Al, to the service manager, John, these guys make each service not only tolerable but almost enjoyable (no service is ever really enjoyable, lol) . They are extremely knowledgeable about any issue I have had. They go out of their way to fully explain the issue and the best resolution. They are always friendly and accommodating as well as the rest of the service staff. I will continue to buy and service cars from Alpine for the foreseeable future. Alpine is the best dealereship I have had the pleasure to engage. More
I have dealt with Alpine for both sales and service on multiple occasions. While my sales experience has been good, it is the service department that fails consistently. Communication is poor, and they s multiple occasions. While my sales experience has been good, it is the service department that fails consistently. Communication is poor, and they seeme to always find something "extra" that is wrong with my cars. Problems are misdiagnosed regularly! Bad! When time to settle the invoice, the total is always more than what I have been quoted, which makes me have to fuss and takes more of my time. Compared to service I have received at the Jaguar dealership in Charlotte, NC, Alpine needs to pay attention to details! More
my first experience was with the sales team (Philipae) who was very patient with me before I finally decided on a XK8. I then dealt with a guy in service who was the reason that Alpine Jaguar didn't get who was very patient with me before I finally decided on a XK8. I then dealt with a guy in service who was the reason that Alpine Jaguar didn't get full marks, now however I deal with Jennifer in service. She is very courteous and always makes sure I'm very satisfied. Alpine Jaguars show room and grounds must be one of the best/nicest I've seen and the workshops are spotless. More
