I've maintained a contact with Rob throughout my ownership, and always stop by to see what's new when I'm in for service. The trade in value for my cars has always been very good (I've been close to buying something new a few times), and there is a low pressure, no haggle, professional atmosphere. I've bought 8 new cars (BMWs, Volvo, MINI, Chevy, Porsche, Toyotas) in the past 10 years and Stevenson Imports is among the best there is. No buyer remorse, and you'll leave feeling you got a good deal. The Service department is also top notch. Marcus Fast has been my service adviser since I purchased my car and they always provide outstanding service. I've even had less than an hour turn around on most service visits. Today I had a clutch switch replacement and oil change in around an hour ... and they washed the car before they returned it to me. More

I wanted something snow worthy but I also wanted something fast! I test drove vehicle after vehicle at other manufacturer's dealerships. It felt to me like I was paying >30k for something I could live with but none of them felt well made. There was not the attention to detail I wanted. Moreover, the dealerships were painful in appearance and personalities. It felt like sell sell sell with each sales guy. I finally cried. I miss my porsche. I miss the attention to detail in those vehicles. The way when I left work everyday no matter what my day was I saw my boxster in the parking lot and I smiled from ear to ear. The quality was not there at other dealerships. Marcus at Stevinson had taken care of my car and I could call him directly. That level of service was not available anywhere else. I went back to porsche. Izzy greeted us at the door in a suit. Staff held doors and asked me if I needed anything to drink. We enjoyed a drive in a Cayenne S talking about the joy these vehicles provide. I felt at home in my car again. I asked them for the payment I wanted and that is what I got. This vehicle demonstrated the neutral high performance driving experience with which she was familiar and expected from Porsche.
