I-Pace customer care review I was on the Tesla Model 3 wait list for over two years. After a hands-on Model 3 demo and seeing a video of the new I-Pace, I decided to cancel the I was on the Tesla Model 3 wait list for over two years. After a hands-on Model 3 demo and seeing a video of the new I-Pace, I decided to cancel the Model 3 and aim for an I-Pace. Was able to get an early allocation and took delivery of my new I-Pace in January. Yesterday I had a two hour customer care session with John...he was magnificent! The car is wonderful but also a bundle of 'new'. John was extremely knowledgeable and careful to take the time to explain each of the new features. I drove the car and let Sean know I had to talk to my dad about buying it. He offered to speak to him directly and work out the numbers. I returned the next day and bought the car, he even offered to go over the vehicles functions with me even though it wasn't a car brand you guys carry.
