Best Parts Dept Bar none! Ever since I purchased my first Volvo , a 97 850 sedan I have been a customer of Capitol Volvo. Mostly a customer of the parts department. Currently my wife, 3 Children and myself all own and drive only Volvo's. This is only important so that you understand why we drive these cars. Kevin Davis the parts manager and his very able staff of whom I have come to know very well have helped me keep six Volvo's on the road, ranging from 1995 to 2010. They have been the best of help supplying all the parts that I need to maintain all of my cars. I have been in this business now for 25 years and I have trained hundreds of dealerships and I can say that I have never met a better group of well trained, informed and helpful parts people BAR NONE! Kevin and is staff of very professional parts employees are not just a good example but an example for other parts departments throughout this country to emulate. Whenever I am given the opportunity to train another parts manager no matter what the brand, I am happy to give them the example of how Capital Volvo earns and respects their customers. I can also say that this experience is not limited to just myself or my family but to the many other Volvo customers that I have been happy to cross paths with at Capital Volvo. I can say without reserve that they are the reason I own only Volvo's and that I will continue to own Volvo's. At each visit, I'm quickly greeted by the friendly faces of Kevin, John or Tom and out the door with my parts within minutes. They are Fast, Friendly and Knowledgeable. More

Really stepping up their game Capital Volvo has really stepped it up.
