Ellis Pearson was congenial, witty, and thoroughly knowledgeable about Volvos; he made the test drive informative and offered excellent advice on selecting a model with the options we sought. Mark, the financial officer, eased us through the finances. All our interaction with Capital Volvo have been terrific, including the maintenance on our S-80, which had 115+k. Excellent customer service! Cidalia Millham devoted her time and effort to make me feel that I have come to the right place to purchase my new car. She helped me to obtain a trunk cover for free at the ti time and effort to make me feel that I have come to the right place to purchase my new car. Throughout my purchase process I was contacted by the sales person Dave Bedian, than contacted by Larry Burwell, who does the new car orders, and finally contacted by the GM Dan Culbert, which was a pleasant surprise to be treated like royalty. I received updates on my vehicle's production and arrival. Even though I had already built my order with the options I wanted, I received a courtesy call from them letting me know of a order change date deadline and to make sure that I did not want to change anything on my order, and if I did want to change when was the deadline to do so. My truck finally arrived and they were very accommodating with my schedule for taking delivery and waited patiently for me to let them know when as my schedule is pretty hectic. I took delivery, I was greeted by everyone there, from my sales person Dave Bedian to the finance manager Mark and etc. I sat down with the finance manager Marc, and was happy to see he was not pushy and not trying to insist on products to buy. It was very quick and easy process. I had a minor concern with the headlights and they immediately had the shop foreman address it with no hassle. If I had to sum this review up in one sentence it would read - THE WAY A CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE. Thank you all at Capital Luxury Cars. More

My husband and I highly recommend this dealership! Let me start off by saying, we do not own a car from this dealership. I found myself stuck on central ave with car problems and without knowing if my car wa start off by saying, we do not own a car from this dealership. I found myself stuck on central ave with car problems and without knowing if my car was safe to drive, the Capital Luxury Car service department was the closest option. After the one visit, I no doubt will be back. I walked in without an appointment and was greeted by a very friendly Jodi Vannie. They promptly looked at my car and quickly diagnosed the problem. Here's where the difference is between Capital Luxury Car Company's service department and the others; honesty and integrity are very important to the staff. The service advisor, Jodi, actually put in the extra effort to call around to see if the part I needed was covered under warrantee! As it turns out, the part was recalled by the manufacturer and the dealership I typically bring my car to never fixed the issue. Capital Luxury Cars could have charged me hundreds of dollars for the part and I would have just paid it not knowing it was covered. Due to this experience, my husband and I have already recommended the dealership to friends and family. More

This was the most pleasant overall purchasing experience in years! From my initial warm welcome by David Bedian to my financial dealings with Mark Taylor and my chats with Larry Burwell. My car history runs from MGBs, Mercedes, 4 Porsches, a Jag. I stopped by Cap Luxury Cars on a horribly snowy Saturday afternoon. As I was getting out of my car David Bedian met me outside to make sure I did not slip. Dave took my coat and asked if I would like any refreshments. We discussed budget, famiarity with Jaguar, whether to trade in my Porsche Cayenne or to sell it. Dave had a salesman's nightmare: it was cold and snowy, had to put on a plate, and remove a lot of snow from the Jag XJ. But perfect driving conditions to test the AWD. It was awesome in the worst of conditions. And Dave was so pleasant through it all. Back to the dealership where we discussed trade in and financing. Dave wrote up a quick quote. I thanked him and told him that the following Monday I was going to the Porsche dealership to price the new Porsche Macan. Which I did. I was treated o.k. but not as a loyal Porsche customer. 4 Porsches and the potential for a 5th. Dave B made the professional follow-up call on Wednesday and asked what I wanted to do. I planned on meeting with him on Friday but had to re-schedule to Saturday. Dave asked for a deposit to hold the Jag, which I gave him. Saturday was a much better day. Dave and I filled out the contract and financials. I then met with Mark Taylor, their Business Manager. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the interest rate was 0.9%. Might as well have given me the car. There was no problem with my credit as I had 0 debt except for living expenses. But this was recent and Mark worked with Jaguar Credit/ Chase. He called me 1 hour later and told me I was approved for 0.9%. Picked up my new Jaguar New Years Eve Day. I was warmly greeted by Dave, Mark, Bob the Sales Manager and all thanked me for my business. I was introduced to the Mechanic Foreman and to my surprise I knew him from Langan Porsche. Better yet, Kirk from Langan Porsche also works there - it was old home week! By the way, the salesman from New Country Porsche never called me and finally sent me an email after New Years. Well, Dave Bedian never made that mistake. Dave was low key but professional and he won the business. He has emailed and called me personally to see how I like the car. I love it! Nancy B. More
