We were extremely pleased with the professionalism of the entire dealership and especially with our salesperson, Cidalia Millham. She also worked with us to get the price we were looking for, and introduced us to the maintenance staff for future reference. Bob Chetwynk the General Sales Manager who also worked with us on the pricing was low key and flexible. Mark Taylor, the Business Manager, got us an excellent financing rate and handled the sales paperwork efficiently. All the staff we encountered were friendly and outgoing so the experience was more like being welcomed into a home than going to a car dealer. We felt like we made friends and would be happy to deal with them in the future. Overall a great experience and a dealership we highly recommend. More

Not only would I recommend Capital Luxury Cars to friends, but I would insist they see Cidalia. It isn't often you walk into a car dealership and are greeted by such a nice person. Two weeks prior to me purchasing the vehicle, I brought our other Volvo XC70 in for service and saw the Volvo XC70 I was interested - I fell in love with the car, but the sales person who approached me actually drove me away rather than trying to sell me the vehicle - it was a very unpleasant experience. However when I came back for additional service on my existing XC70, I noticed the dealership still had the XC70 I wanted to purchase. Cidalia noticed I was looking at the vehicle and immediately greeted me with a smile and a sincere interest in helping me. She got the keys and allowed me to test drive the vehicle then worked hard to make the deal happen. I went home that night as the proud owner of another XC70 and felt very good about my decision. Additionally, Cidalia followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. She has continued to stay in contact, if for no other reason to say hello - she made me feel like a part of the Capital Luxury Car family.
