Service department over the years have given good service and usually could diagnosis 'most' problems and fix them. Service dept. changed managers several times. The current manager is friendly, but during a September 2013 service visit they dropped the ball, big time! And the sad thing is it was deliberate! What happened was that after I paid for service of a ball joint replacement, they advised me that I had a small radiator leak. I was given an estimate of over $1,000.00 for the radiators’ replacement. I advised the service rep "Jodi" that they have on file reach information for my extended coverage on my Volvo S80, she looked and confirmed this information. I asked if she would contact them so as to authorize payment for the replacement, she said she would and she was given my home and work numbers. TWO days later I heard nothing. I contacted the extended coverage customer service dept., (no difficulty getting through) they said "there's been no contact from any dealership". Over the next several days I contacted "Jodi" and left two messages with no response. I then left two messages for the service manager "Ed Pizzigati", again no response. Finally, I contacted the parts department to see what's going on with service. Parts "advised" someone from service should be in touch with me. Never heard from anyone after that. Definitely, not a way to treat customers or anyone. Please, everyone, be careful if your dealing with this dealership’s Service Dept.; they may turn you also, and with no explanation given.----------UPDATE: Currently, this Dealership has reached out to me in an attempt to correct any confusion and/or dissatisfaction. The whole experience was pleasant. Ellis was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was looking for a specific color and certain options. Ellis did the homework and found a few cars for me within a day- knowledgeable and friendly. I was looking for a specific color and certain options. I had several questions all which Ellis knew the answer to or found out quickly. Even with my specifics Ellis was still giving me other viable options-it was great. It's hard to capture in words, but his demeanor was perfect. The day of the last test drive and purchase my young son was with me and everyone made it very relaxed and comfortable. I was dreading the negotiating of the car price, but again it was a pleasant experience. Ellis was fair and checking information so we could reach an agreement. Bob was great as well. Bob was friendly, fair and straightforward. There was none of the strong arm tactics nor inflated conversation that is usually associated with negotiating a deal. The experience was a total surprise. I love the car and will recommend this dealership, and particularly Ellis, to anyone considering purchasing a car. More

Cidalia, was so warm and friendly, it was like visiting an old friend.She and the entire crew were most accommodating.She remained the true professional on Halloween(when I picked up my car) while I met some colorful characters in costume.When there;look for the salesgirl with the smile thats as genuine as she is. The girls that work with the car registration department, mine had expired, went on line and corrected the problem. I didn't realize I couldn't use a personal check to pay for part of my payment and Mark made sure I was able to complete payment so I could go home with my new car, Thanks to everyone! I am not a new comer to Capital Volvo as I have purchased from them before and have always had a pleasant and professional transaction. Top to bottom, they are a good dealership to work with. This time around I had an opportunity to meet Sales & Leasing Consultant Cidalia Millham, who I place right at the top. My transaction was not the typical sale and it took us a few weeks to complete. It was very clear to me that Cidalia tried her hardest to lobby her upper management team to my benefit. She proved to be both diligent and resourceful as well as personable and fun to work with. And yes, in the end, I got what I consider a very fair deal. I would highly recommend Cidalia to anyone who is considering buying or leasing a new vehicle. She helps to make car buying a positive experience and I personally hope to get another opportunity to work with Cidalia on future car purchases. Thank you Cidalia! More

She also worked with us to get the price we were looking for, and introduced us to the maintenance staff for future reference. Bob Chetwynk the General Sales Manager who also worked with us on the pricing was low key and flexible. Mark Taylor, the Business Manager, got us an excellent financing rate and handled the sales paperwork efficiently. All the staff we encountered were friendly and outgoing so the experience was more like being welcomed into a home than going to a car dealer. We felt like we made friends and would be happy to deal with them in the future. Overall a great experience and a dealership we highly recommend. More
