Not only would I recommend Capital Luxury Cars to friends, but I would insist they see Cidalia. It isn't often you walk into a car dealership and are greeted by such a nice person. Two weeks prior to me purchasing the vehicle, I brought our other Volvo XC70 in for service and saw the Volvo XC70 I was interested - I fell in love with the car, but the sales person who approached me actually drove me away rather than trying to sell me the vehicle - it was a very unpleasant experience. However when I came back for additional service on my existing XC70, I noticed the dealership still had the XC70 I wanted to purchase. Cidalia noticed I was looking at the vehicle and immediately greeted me with a smile and a sincere interest in helping me. She got the keys and allowed me to test drive the vehicle then worked hard to make the deal happen. I went home that night as the proud owner of another XC70 and felt very good about my decision. Additionally, Cidalia followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. She has continued to stay in contact, if for no other reason to say hello - she made me feel like a part of the Capital Luxury Car family. I'm very happy with my Volvo and more happy that I got to work with such a remarkable person. Thank you Cidalia !!! More
