While I was making the deal for the car, however, I felt the salesperson was rather aggressive and kept trying to wrap the purchase of the new car in with my trade-in even though I repeatedly told him I wanted to treat the two separately. Very clear that he sought to confuse me and I almost walked away. The car took much longer to arrive at the dealership than I was led to believe it would and then they took a long time (over a week) to prep the car. Very frustrating. Then on the day of the purchase they had worked up the wrong finance agreement, which I caught. It took them over an hour to redo and the rate we had negotiated. Got home. Realized they had forgotten to install the remote start. Ugh. But I love the car. More

Excellent experience. Bob, Dave and Mark went out of their way to accomodate my needs and find me the Range Rover vehicle I wanted. I have given a great rating because it is applicable to the aforementioned employees who I have shared a long standing relationship with, during my 23 years as a Volvo customer. It IS because of those employees that I have re-purchased Volvo's. I am somewhat dismayed in the turn-over of employees and if it was not for the people mentioned as a mainstay, I probably would not buy another Volvo, since after purchase, service becomes one's "auto home" if you will. To add further compliments to the outlined employees, my last purchase was very warmly and fairly facilitated by Bob Chetwynd; he always makes a note to welcome and talk with me when I come in for service. After my last service visit, I addressed a matter with Ed PIzzigati, who clearly validated my concerns and took care of the matter both expeditiously and with admirable customer service qualities. Kevin Davis and I go way back to 1990. He has been MORE than helpful, fair, understanding and has provided excellent customer service for all these years. John Calabrese is outstanding as well and pays attention to customer needs and will go the extra mile, if needed. For these reasons, I believe the dealership "Capital Luxury Car Company" deserves an excellent rating, for they stand as the paragon of positive customer relations. I was looking for a used BMW X6 which Capital Luxury cars had listed on there web site, My first call was to Ellis Pearson who was very friendly and not the topical high pressure salesman. During our negotiations for the offer on the vehicle I never felt like I was being pushed or rushed into the deal. I purchased the vehicle a flew from Portland, Maine to Albany, New york to pick it up, when I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Larry Burwell who was very friendly and brought my car out front to me. At this point Dan Culbert came out to go over the car with me and I must say it was priceless because of the knowledge he had on this particular car. Mark the business manager handled all of the paperwork and made that a painless experiecne and also a pleasure. Overall great dealership with great people to not only work with but also to talk to.
