This time around I had an opportunity to meet Sales & Leasing Consultant Cidalia Millham, who I place right at the top. My transaction was not the typical sale and it took us a few weeks to complete. It was very clear to me that Cidalia tried her hardest to lobby her upper management team to my benefit. She proved to be both diligent and resourceful as well as personable and fun to work with. And yes, in the end, I got what I consider a very fair deal. I would highly recommend Cidalia to anyone who is considering buying or leasing a new vehicle. Not only would I recommend Capital Luxury Cars to friends, but I would insist they see Cidalia. It isn't often you walk into a car dealership and are greeted by such a nice person. Two weeks prior to me purchasing the vehicle, I brought our other Volvo XC70 in for service and saw the Volvo XC70 I was interested - I fell in love with the car, but the sales person who approached me actually drove me away rather than trying to sell me the vehicle - it was a very unpleasant experience. However when I came back for additional service on my existing XC70, I noticed the dealership still had the XC70 I wanted to purchase. Cidalia noticed I was looking at the vehicle and immediately greeted me with a smile and a sincere interest in helping me. She got the keys and allowed me to test drive the vehicle then worked hard to make the deal happen. I went home that night as the proud owner of another XC70 and felt very good about my decision. Additionally, Cidalia followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. She has continued to stay in contact, if for no other reason to say hello - she made me feel like a part of the Capital Luxury Car family. I just wanted to thank Kevin Davis for going above and beyond for us. We had an issue with a roof box we purchased. Kevin took care of the matter promptly and with class.
