We were not familiar with the different trim levels and options available for the Land Rover brand. Mike Fegley took all the time we asked to not only explain our options, but to find and drive examples of most of the vehicles we were considering, from full size to Sport, V6 and V8, HSE to Autobiography, new and used, and to walk through all the additional options available if we decided to purchase new. We are certain we did not drive every vehicle on the lot, but we did look at and drive almost every different trim level available to have that experience before making a decision. There was no lack of enthusiasm or willingness to assist us in our process. Justin Goldman completed the process as we considered lease and purchase options, and surpassed our expectations at the conclusion of our deal. While we do not have long term experience with the brand or dealership, we most certainly have been provided an excellent beginning. At the time of delivery of our new Sport, Justin had all of the paperwork prepared for our review and signature, and made adjustments immediately as we selected or waived warranty options.
