I was only in the early phase of considering buying a new car when I had my first interactions by email and telephone with John. I immediately was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. My biggest surprise of all is that he did NOT try to pressure me in any way and with that-he earned my trust! I then decided to not even shop around for a car at any other dealership before making my purchase with Bennett. John had sent me several photos of the car I was considering and then on my second telephone conversation with John which took place only 2 days later, he answered all of my additional questions, arranged my financing package and we finalized our deal right over the phone! That same evening John drove all the way from Allentown to Scranton and personally delivered the car to me, we signed the paperwork from the comfort of my home and then he took a great deal of time to show me all the features of my beautiful Jaguar XF before he left.
