This was a warranty repair of 2 items - dripping spray unit and low battery. Since I live 3 hours away the service I had to coordinate the part with service/parts to have the part on hand - other wise it unit and low battery. Although it took all day, both issues were solved and repaired - check valve replaced and new battery installed. I learned new things to help keep the battery in better shape. They got new info on what to do on the repair issues (my check valve issue on the wiper spray was a new one for them. People were great and easy to work with. Facilities were great, coffee free and warranty covered all. I was pleased with total experience, just don't don't want to have to do it again. Took from 0900 to 1600 hrs. to get it all completed. I will think about that again in the warranty service issue when purchasing. again. More
