Last minute call! I received a courtesy call last week that a part had arrived. It was 5pm a week later and I was on my way home so I called the dealership to ask if I I received a courtesy call last week that a part had arrived. It was 5pm a week later and I was on my way home so I called the dealership to ask if I could stop. They said they were open until six and stop if I could even though I didn't have an appointment. They would help if they could. The dealership accommodated me by attaching the ordered part, hot coffee, washed my car and after some nice conversation, sent me on my way. Always great service with Leo, Adam, Floyd, Jerome and the entire staff. A pleasure to do business with this organization. More

Excellent service once again As usual, the service at JLRM has been exceptional. We live 90 miles away so the service department (Jerome Bauer and colleagues) always accommodates our schedule and even sends parts to our home when they are able.
