The most professional service! I purchased my auto from Land Rover Rancho Mirage and have had all its service done there as well. First of all, it was the easiest auto purchase I have ever had. The salesman, finance and everyone connected to the purchase was very professional yet kind and considerate and down to earth! These same attributes have continued with all the service staff. From the person I made the service appointment with, Chad my service rep, and even the courtesy driver who picks me up to go back and forth from home to the dealership are exceptional in their manner and performance.. I have worked with Chad, my service rep, for a couple of years now and he consistently delivers for me. He gets me in and out of there without any problems, no stress, and he always explains my bill in such a way that I don’t mind paying it! But everyone there have been extremely kind, polite and always professional. I’ll be buying my next car there for sure! More
