They fixed my recall item but found another recall item they had no parts for . Additionally they said they fixed my software update but it did not update. It was great that Land Rover of Rancho Mirage was able to fix my 2018 Discovery full size issue. I will be planning to take my wife’s car to have it serves from now on. He kept coming forward and giving me updates, which I like so much, because it shows you that they really care for you and your vehicle. I have another Vehicle from a different dealership and I tell you they don’t act like Rancho Mirage service managers. I try to stay away from them. One way the service at Land Rover of Ranch Mirage is excellent, they want to wash my vehicle, I ask them not since I was in a rush to head home, and I thank them very much for it. I tried other Land Rover dealerships, but they didn’t have the earlier appointment, they want me to wait a while before appointment, this tell me they really don’t care, all they want is to sell cars, which makes you thing to stay away from them. My future and next vehicle will be purchased at Rancho Mirage. On the first day of service, some item were not available so the had to order and would arrive the following day, they offer me a rental for me to drive home, since I live 2 hours away. They rental made my drive excellent, I also thank them for the rental. While at rancho Mirage selles person came up to me and offer some assistance and if I had some questions on the models of cars that were available, I had Allan Hanson, David Fleig and Cesar Perez approach and they well informed on my questions I ask. I wish all selles persons were like them to answer all my questions. I appreciate Land Rover of Rancho Mirage Management for having such a good knowledgeable personal to help me solve my issues.
