I love my Land Rover but never had a good experience with service. This visit was for a recall - and was told when they had the parts & when to schedule an appointment. Got a LYFT ride home but they called m service. This visit was for a recall - and was told when they had the parts & when to schedule an appointment. Got a LYFT ride home but they called mid afternoon to tell me they didn’t have the parts & would need to keep the vehicle overnight. Called at 12:30 the next day to say work had been completed & as soon as it was washed they’d call & send a LYFT ride to pick it up. They called at 3:20 & I picked it up at 4:10 pm - 2 full days !! Our Jaguar has been in this service shop since April 4, 2022. Today is May 25, 2022. It only needs a fuel pump. REALLY???? What have they done to my car? Not happy at all at this point. 2022. They were very fast with responding to my concerns. Andre was the best. Called me to let me know what needs to be done how much it was going to cost and answered all my concerns. Getting a loaner ca Andre was the best. Called me to let me know what needs to be done how much it was going to cost and answered all my concerns. Getting a loaner car was very easy and quick. Pickup was very fast and easy. Andre even went and brought my car to the front for me. I like working with only one employee and not being passed around so working with only Andre made it very simple and easy. More
