DECEPTIVE PRICING. I purchased a 2023 Mercedes from this dealership and pod exactly what they priced it t online and added the 100k extended warranty. I was then told that I had to pay an additional $1,500 for a GPS they install in all of their cars, the Mercedes has one installed factory already, but they made instead of removing it like I requested made me pay an additional $1,045. They also installed fancy stickers on the door edges which protect someone else’s car if I open the door into their car for another $545. I also said I don’t want those. They said that was on every car! After I agreed and told this to a friend who owns a Chevrolet dealership, he was furious and said that was illegal, they cannot add items to a vehicle and make you pay more than an advertised price. I spoke with a GM from another dealer and he said that was absolutely xx and they thought it was a shady business practice. I have since texted the salesman Heath at least 6-7 times which each time he has responded either someone will call, they’re busy try calling direct, which I left Jeff the GM a voicemail and never got a call back, and let Heath know this which he said let me try something else. This has gone on for probably 2 months and I’m tired of calling. I would highly suggest finding a dealer that doesn’t make money by adding things to the vehicle you don’t need! And certainly one that will at least hear you out on your concerns after the purchase of you reach out as many times as I have. You also see other complaints online for deceptive pricing and others stating they need a new GM. More

Everything started out fine and I traded in my 2019 Mercedes GLC 300 Coupe for a 2022 Audi Q3 that was a trade in. Greg was our salesman and Luis (the finance manager). They both are shady salesman that sneak things into the paperwork to jack up the price. When I got home to check the paperwork they added Stargard and Clear coat at ($1,300) that was never discussed. Luis (finance Manager) added extended warranty ($4,000) and said you have 30days to decide. I called the next day because I realized he was saying I only had 3 years coverage when I had 4 and tried to talk me back into it. Really!!!! I asked him to cancel and a week later he said it still takes 3-4 weeks to give money back to Schools First, so my loan is not correct. Please DO NOT trust these guys. Schools First said they get many calls about unethical business practices from Car Sales People. It's really too bad that we have to deal with liars and cheats of the world. More

Alverez Lincoln Mercury has proven to be the absolute best service, by far, that I've encountered. Ivan, the service manager that I met years ago is still my "go to" guy when I need my car serviced. I bring my car down from San Francisco bypassing all service centers in between to get service at Alverez...says it all right! More

Here's what matters to me: Quick appointment, friendly and knowledgeable staff, explains what the car needs, keeps me informed, arranges shuttle or loaner, calls when ready to pick up, car is sparkling clean inside and out. Ivan makes it all happen. THAT is why I will buy my next Jaguar from Alvarez! More
