From the first phone call to many follow up phone calls over 3 weeks, the deal was made, and it was easy no pressure. I bought the car based on the documentation they gave and there word on the condition as I was not going to come to the dealership to test drive as I live in New Hampshire and they are in Chicago and from all the interaction with Patrick and team answering question about condition and service of this vehicle they did everything I asked and more.
