Great service on my 2010 Jaguar XF I just recently moved to St-Pete from Atlanta. Unexpectedly, my beloved 2010 Jaguar XF 5L conked out at a gas station... Got towed to Jaguar dealersh I just recently moved to St-Pete from Atlanta. Unexpectedly, my beloved 2010 Jaguar XF 5L conked out at a gas station... Got towed to Jaguar dealership who were extremely accommodating, responsive and got my girl up and running (one of those qwerky jaguar mishaps...). Outstanding customer service from the moment you walk in I was in for a simple routine oil change and inspection which, as always, was handled promptly and professionally. Gary Sunley is my service advisor I was in for a simple routine oil change and inspection which, as always, was handled promptly and professionally. Gary Sunley is my service advisor and he is always courteous and knowledgeable of my car and anything I ask him about. Regardless of my questions he always has an answer, and he will even take the time to research things in order to make sure he's providing me with the most current and accurate information. For example, while there for my oil change I asked about an InControlPro software update I'd heard about and he advised me that while an update is available now, a second update will become available in the next 30-60 days. Because of his knowledge and advice I was able to avoid making 2 appts for software updates and chose instead to simply wait for another 60 days or so in order to get both updates at the same time. More

Gary Sunley and his team move mountains! We thought the entire weekend was a bust but we took a chance and drove the hour and 1/2 to Jaguar Land Rover St Petersburg making it just before clos We thought the entire weekend was a bust but we took a chance and drove the hour and 1/2 to Jaguar Land Rover St Petersburg making it just before close ... on a FRIDAY o_O - Gary Sunley greeted me and patently listened to me squeal in panic and word vomit my entire car journey. Gary went to retrieve some tools and started to work on my issue immediately. Meanwhile I’m checking out Jag gear, my two small dogs are galloping through the new car area and my husband was making and Espresso and snacking on the free snacks. Classy family let me tell you. Gary informed is that they didn’t have the part we needed in stock- I’m sure he saw the panic return to my face and quickly found a solution. The family was packed up and back on the road in no time with new Jag gear that I purchased with Matheus Covas Almeida while my husband was distracted. Quick thanks to Lynda Mattingly whom had a bad sinus infection but was perky and super sweet . Thank you so much Gary Sunley for putting the care back into customer service. I’m pretty sure I’m not going back to the Orlando location after this impressive experience. More
