This is my first experience with this dealer. So far the service representatives gave been great. I am confused however, about the loaner vehicle situation. I was told that there where no vehicle So far the service representatives gave been great. I am confused however, about the loaner vehicle situation. I was told that there where no vehicles available however when I walked outside I saw three labled vehicles. UPDATE: 1st let me say the representatives were still friendly and I will add that I was not charged a diagnostic fee...but I shouldn't have been, considering my issue went unresolved...especially because of a lack of effort. My issue is that I left my vehicle with the dealer ALL day only to be told that they were "afraid" to diagnose my audio problem because of an add-on. The issue was with a clearly unmodified part...but because the screen was upgraded they did not want to diagnose the amp and its underlying systems which was unchanged. Now I have a terrible first impression of the techs and I am disappointed in the overall service because not only did I rent out of pocket when there were loaners available, they made no real attempt to solve the issue, even when I said I was willing to accept the supposed risk. More

I made an appointment with the service manager for repairs and they were not completed. I spoke to the General Manager and he never followed up. The worse service I have ever experienced. I am not repairs and they were not completed. I spoke to the General Manager and he never followed up. The worse service I have ever experienced. I am not sure why my service was so poor after purchasing my vehicle from there, but clearly after driving 55 miles to get there and back, no one cared. When I spoke to the General Manager he advised he understood what happened and would fix it. He never did. More
